Boozy Brunch

To give the day a Bloody Good Start, in 1934 at the Saint Regis Hotel, New York Fernand Petoit first served the Bloody Mary.

Classic Bloody Mary

"nuff said, a classic way to kill two birds with one drink (the two birds being hung over & in need of breakfast). Absolut Vodka and all that jazz."

The Grapefruit Spritzer

This is Jameson Caskmates Fourpure Edition with Pampelle grapefruit liqueur topped with Prosecco. Served short, on ice. The perfect morning drink for that perfect London weather.

This is the secrete to local’s survival guide in Mexico. Take a pint glass rim it with chilli-salt, put in ice, add Mary mix, a slice of lime and top with a can of Beverly Pils lager. It will change how you look at the morning.

Trail of Tears

Fighting Cock Straight Bourbon & Pickleback Brine with tomato served in an old-fashioned glass. If you’re love it extra rich, this is the one for you.

Bloody Maria

Big glug of Herradura Reposado with the usual bits of bloody love and a chilli-salted rim, make a great way to wake-up south of the border.

Hemingway Daiquiri

Won’t cure your diabetes, won’t get you a yacht in Cuba and people will never call you Earnest Hemmingway the Great. But it’s still fun to pretend. A straight up daiquiri of Havana 3 year-old Rum with a dash of maraschino and a splash of grapefruit juice.

Feeling a little the worse for wear? Let this blend of Scotch Monkey Shoulder with Smokey Monkey Whiskey, ginger wine and honey remedy your ills. New York bartender Sam Ross’s masterpiece.

Go Fig-er

New whiskey Lot 40 Rye & Esprit Figues (fig liquor) with Tonka Bean and Discarded Banana Rum…WTF? Nothing about this should work, but this is booze full, strong, yet balanced cocktail.

French Martini

Ohh la la.. Raspberry liquor and pineapple in this Absolut Vodka Martini. So simple and yet so moreish. Invented in the 1980s at one of Keith McNally’s New York City bars.

Sazerac Cocktail

One of the early American cocktails made with Sazerac Rye Whiskey, Peychards Bitter, stirred down with ice, but then strained into an Absinthe rinsed glass and finished with a twist.

The Real Manhattan

Hudson Valley Rye whiskey was made to be used in the Manhattan cocktail . This is the real version of the Manhattan with a good dash of Discarded Vermouth. The drink that never sleeps.

Crabtree’s Last Word

Hendrick’s Gin, Green Chartreuse and bitter cherry liqueur with a splash of lemon juice. All booze but so moreish. You better believe it, this is the last word for any night.

Singapore Sling

It’s the drink of choice for Dr Gonzo as he waited in the Pogo Lounge. But this Plymouth Navy Gin & Benedictine taken to it’s Tiki cocktail roots is legit. Long, fruity and packing a punch. Cheers’ big-ears!

Margarita Menu

Invented in 1930 (reputedly) let’s celebrate ninety years of this ageless classic.

Classic Margarita

Add: Tequila + Lime + Cointreau. Result: The perfect cocktail

Tommy’s Margarita

Take the holy trinity and replace the orange liquor with Agave syrup so you can really taste the Herredura Blanco Tequila.

Mexican Mule

Steve Lager filled into a pint glass full of El Jimador Tequila, agave, ice & lime. Think lager-itta, think long and refreshing (& potent).

Very Berry Margarita

Muddled berries with hints of jalapeño, Ancho Reyes Verde Liquor and Herredura Reposado Tequila.

Spicy Magarita

Ancho Reyes Chili Liquor, Hellfire habanero bitter & Los Lobos Mezcal with a cheeky salted-rimmed Martini glass. Add some spice to your life (without the STD’s)

La Penca Mezcal becomes the star for a smoker earthier citrus blast.

Papi Chulo Margarita

This is for the Rico Suave, balling out of control, connoisseur of all things lovely and ravishing in the life margarita. With Fortaleza Reposado tequila.

OB Classics

Sweet Jess

Made first here by our first bartender. This drink looks and tastes sweet and fruity, but is all booze and pack a massive punch. Plymouth Sloe Gin, Cointreau, Apricot Brandy & lime.

Godfather Sour

Amaretto Liquor & Buffalo Trace Bourbon combine to make a sweeter fun version of the classic sour. Served on the rocks with nutty whiskey delight.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon replaces the gin with more complex Carpano Vermouth to totally rounded out this earthy version of a Negroni.

Born from the gangster-ridden South-side of Chicago. Drunk by Al Capone, who must have first gotten the drink from his visits to Havana. This gin Mojito is served up in a cocktail glass for a refreshingly light and boozy tipple of Beefeater 24 Gin, mint and lime.

A classic from Dick Bradshaw (famous bartender of lore). Plymouth Navy Gin with lemon juice over crushed with a drizzle of Creme de Mure. You’ll taste juniper first, then lemon and finally blackberry. Pretty to look at too.

Toted as the “Worlds Most Potent Potion” from the classic Tiki bars of yesteryear. This is Wood’s Navy Rum, Plantation Dark Rum, a splash of grapefruit and cinnamon.

Cocktail List 2020

Amanda-berry (Fruity & long)

Plantation Dark Rum & summer berries rule with this fruity yet potent cocktail served on crushed ice with lime. Sexy & fun!

Clover Club

The hot chick standing at the corner of the bar with the ruby red scarf on inspired this one. Hendrick’s Orbium Gin with St Germains Elderflower Liqueur and Peychaud’s bitters make for a perfectly sweet and tart cocktail.

El Presidente

Diplomatico Rum stirred into a simple Manhattan style cocktail that is rooted in Cuban cocktail culture of the 1920’s. Splash of Antica vermouth and a drop of grenadine, yummy!

Dark & Stormy (Long Rum Drink)

Gosling Black Seal Bermudan Rum, lime, bitters and ginger beer. Perfectly refreshing for the summer.

Pickleback (Shots!!!)

The first and original Pickleback™ to London is back at its birthplace of OB. If you haven’t tried it, now is your chance to take the shot that is the secret weapon of bartenders across the USA. Homemade pickle brine with a shot of Jameson Irish Whiskey.
